What is Deploy?

Also known as: publish, publishing, go live.
You’ll see both “deploy” and “publish”. In the tools mentioned on this site, the button is called “Publish”.
When you publish, the tool puts the app on a hosting server and gives you an address, usually ending with the tool’s own name. To use an address of your own, you need a domain.
